1KEPT Kitchen and Cocktails is no longer open for business in Buckhead.
It’s unclear then the restaurant, at 2293 Peachtree Road NE, had its last day, but it has since been listed for lease through The Shumacher Group.
1KEPT’s website and phone have since been disconnected, and the restaurant has been marked as “permanently closed” on YELP and Google.
It recently closed “due to owner relocation,” according to the for-lease listing.
A restauranteur could take over the 4,800-square-foot space with zero “key money” required and “no charge to use furniture, fixtures, and equipment.”
Rent with a long-term lease is $10,000 monthly and common area maintenance charges (CAM), taxes, and insurance are $2,500.
