American-style eatery tweets opening information Friday.
The Kirkwood neighborhood is getting a new restaurant.
The Pullman, which is replacing the now shuttered Jak’s All Inn (formerly Ace’s Bar and Grille), announced it will open soon in a tweet Friday.
“Opening night is January 13th!,” The Pullman tweeted. “So excited to be able to announce that finally!”
Although The Pullman’s menu is nowhere to be found, its Foursquare account lists the restaurant as “American.”
When What Now Atlanta emailed The Pullman seeking additional information late last year, the only details it provided was, “we at The Pullman are just waiting to receive our Georgia Temporary Alcohol license. We are hoping to be open before the end of the year.”
I like the logo and the name… That’s a start
You should really post the Twitter accounts of businesses you’re talking about. Especially when you reference their tweets. And especially when they’re practically un-Googleable. Just a suggestion, thanks!
Can you link to the facebook and twitter pages instead of just quoting them?
hi justin and hack mcwriter – thanks for your comments. we’ve linked to the tweet mentioned above.
thanks!

The place was jumping at midnight.Specialty drinks are named for railroad slang. Wine list was OK and reasonable. Some very good drafts with a hipster pour of Genny Cream at $2.50 a pint. There was a link to the menu from their Facebook page yesterday. Food service was over when I got there. No TVs, which is nice.
An exceptional addition to the neighborhood! The food is great, the beers are fantastic (lots of high gravity), and the atmosphere is perfect. Looking forward to trying out the entire menu. Definitely worth checking out.
