In November, WJ Partners announced a new deal with fast-growing coffee chain 7 Brew. In the announcement, the company shared that Piedmont Beverage Company, a subsidiary of WJ Partners, was planning to open about 100 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Now, the company is charting a path in the Georgia market. Mark Robinson, CEO of Piedmont Beverage Company, told What Now Atlanta via email that Piedmont Beverage Company is planning to open its first Georgia location at 116 Habersham Hills Circle in Cornelia. It is expected to open this summer.

7 Brew offers coffee beverages in addition to energy drinks, smoothies, shakes and fizzes. It currently has multiple locations throughout the Atlanta area, including spots in Mableton, Stockbridge, Lilburn, Johns Creek, Snellville and Milton. There is also a location slated to open in April in Lawrenceville.

What Now Charlotte has reported on multiple locations heading to the Charlotte area in North Carolina courtesy of WJ Partners, according to state business filings.

Business filings with the state of Georgia indicate that more locations from WJ Partners are already in the works in the state. However, details on further openings are unclear at this time.
