Amar Bien, a new restaurant from some of the owners of Sweet Auburn BBQ, is planned for the new Westside Village mixed-use development.
The restaurant will be situated in suite 100, a 2,521-square-foot corner unit with an additional 1,535-square-foot patio.
While details surrounding the forthcoming eatery are scarce, it’s likely that Amar Bien will be Spanish-themed.
“Amar Bien” is Spanish for “Love Well.”
Co-Owner Howard Hsu did not respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
Amar Bien is one of several restaurants announced recently for Westside Village.
Ted’s Montana Grill next year will open an outpost in the center and Desta Ethiopian Kitchen is bringing its third in-town location to Westside Village.
A complete site plan for the center, updated early-October, is below.

The Upper Westside is happening! Get used to the name…ha!
I’d been searching for a home since March and finally purchased in the Upper Westside in August. I’m so glad I didnt listen to the curmudgeons commenting over on Curbed who only think life and property values only have worth on the east side of town or 3 steps from the beltline. I love my decision every single day.
