A new Dunkin’ is brewing in Atlanta.

The donut and coffee chain is planned for 3724 Cascade Road, according to construction documents. The site is near the intersection with Fairburn Road, across from a Walgreens and near the Publix-anchored Cascade Crossing shopping center.

The freestanding building would be nearly 1,900 square feet and include seating for 16 people. The store would also feature a drive-thru.

The location comes from Dunkin’ franchisee Jignesh Suthar, of JVS Development, LLC. The architecture firm working on the restaurant is Sandy Springs-based Ware + Associates, whose portfolio includes a Dunkin’ in Covington, a Starbucks in Grayson, and more restaurant, retail and educational projects.

Founded in 1950, Dunkin’ is now the largest coffee and donut brand in the U.S., with more than 13,200 locations worldwide. The company is part of Inspire Brands.

A new Dunkin’ location has also been proposed for McDonough.
