More people in Atlanta will be able to run on Dunkin’ when another location comes to the city.

The coffee chain’s parent company Inspire Brands is developing a new location at 3330 Northside Parkway. The restaurant will be 1,550 square feet and feature a double drive-thru, according to construction plans.

The site in the West Paces Ferry neighborhood was formerly a now-closed Wells Fargo bank. The property is between McDonald’s and another U.S. coffee giant – Starbucks.

The new location is expected to open later this year. It will be a franchise location, but a franchisee has not yet been identified, an official with Inspire Brands told What Now Atlanta.

Founded in 2018, Inspire Brands became the second-largest restaurant company in the U.S. when it acquired Dunkin’ in 2020. The company’s portfolio also includes Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Jimmy John’s and Baskin-Robbins. Inspire Brands opened Alliance Kitchen, a multi-brand to-go concept, in Atlanta in 2021.

Dunkin’ has more than 13,200 restaurants globally.
