A fast-casual, drive-thru salad chain from Arizona is expanding to the Peach State.

Salad and Go is proposed for Gwinnett County, according to a recent building permit application. The new property would be 1,140 square feet, according to the application.

A representative told What Now Atlanta that the company plans to have five to eight locations in the metro Atlanta area by the end of 2025.

Founded in 2013, Salad and Go is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.

The menu includes salads with house-made dressings, wraps, soup, breakfast burritos and a beverage lineup of lemonades and iced teas. The drive-thru concept prides itself on offering affordable, convenient, nutritious options.

Salad and Go has expressed plans for growth over the next two years, including entering into California, Kansas, Arkansas and Southeast markets like Atlanta. The company currently operates more than 130 locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada. Salad and Go is privately owned, and they say they currently have no plans to franchise, despite the plans for expansion.
