National burger franchise Bareburger is up for sale in Midtown.
The asking price is $495,000.
“This is an open and operating business,” according to the sales listing through The Shumacher Group.
“Please be respectful and do not make any attempt to contact or speak to staff, management, landlord, and/or ownership.”
Bareburger Midtown opened in May 2018 and is situated at 715 Peachtree St NE #102. It has seating for 120 inside and a 1,500-square-foot patio with seating for 50.
The franchisee, who reportedly spent $1 million building out the Bareburger, is selling the restaurant because they are relocating to the Midwest, according to the sales listing.
A new owner could “keep or convert to any full-service or casual concept” excluding a “coffee cafe as Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee is next door.”
August 2027 is when the lease expires.
