As Beyond Juicery + Eatery franchise owners Ross Hare and Ricky Burch ramp up to their first opening in Buckhead later this year, Burch shared with What Now Atlanta that they have another location in the pipeline. The second spot for the franchisees will go into a former Game Stop location at 4101 Roswell Road, Suite 901.
The spot will be in an outparcel at the entrance to a big development featuring businesses like Sprouts, Home Depot and TJ Maxx. Burch views it as an ideal location for visibility and accessibility for customers.
“We really think that location as a second location was perfect, being in East Cobb,” Burch said. “We feel it’s the perfect clientele for a Beyond Juicery + Eatery, so we’re really excited about it.”
The brand focuses on bringing fresh, healthy meals to customers with no added sugars. However, Burch emphasizes that it is approachable, avoiding an ultra-healthy niche or trend that might deter customers.
“We’re really excited about the alternative that it gives people. There’s nothing in between a Smoothie King and a Kale Me Crazy,” Burch said. “We’re something that’s healthy and fresh that’s just different from what’s here in Atlanta. So I think it’s going to be a good change of pace for healthy food here in Atlanta.”
The menu features items like salads, wraps, acai bowls, breakfast items, wraps, sandwiches and smoothies.
Burch said they are preparing for buildout for the Marietta location. They hope to start renovations soon and are looking to be open by the beginning of 2026.
This will be just the beginning for Hare and Burch, who hope to continue to expand throughout the Atlanta area. They are eyeing areas like Brookhaven, Downtown Roswell, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody for next locations.
“We’re trying to hit the spots where people are moving outside of Atlanta,” Burch said. “We would like to start with one in each surrounding suburb and try to build from there.”
