Bowl Lab, the latest quick-service Hawaiian poke and Brazilian Açaí bowl concept, is launching in Atlanta with a location in the Vinings Main Shopping Center.
The restaurant will take a 1,455-square-foot space previously occupied by Subway situated between Snap Fitness and Posh Spot Salon, according to the center’s site plan.
A Craigslist Advertisement late-Monday was posted for Bowl Lab seeking to fill full-time and part-time positions.
“At Bowl Lab, we believe in giving more. It’s a philosophy aimed towards our customers, but centered in our team members. We strive to do all of the little things possible in order to deliver a great experience for everyone in our restaurants,” according to the advert.
“As a quick service restaurant featuring Hawaiian poke and Brazilian Açaí bowls, we aim to promote a healthy lifestyle and diet by using fresh, sustainable ingredients of the highest quality.”
Steve Taek Jee, the restauranteur behind Bowl Lab, has plans to grow the concept in the “coming years.”
