A new location of BRASH Coffee Roasters is brewing on the BeltLine.

The specialty coffee company will have an outpost at Junction Krog District, a new office building by Portman Holdings with ground-floor commercial space.

Expected to open in May, BRASH will bring its signature high-quality coffees and introduce its first-ever curated cocktail program in the evenings. It will open in a shipping container-like kiosk on Junction Krog District’s 7,000-square-foot public porch.

BRASH Coffee Roasters can currently be found at the Westside Provisions District, The Works and the Atlanta History Center.

“BRASH has always believed that great things happen in small spaces,” owner Chris McLeod said. “This prominent corner of the Atlanta BeltLine is the perfect place for BRASH to have a home, and there is a real need for specialty coffee here. Junction Krog District’s porch is ideally suited to our vision of creating a lively community hub over hand-crafted coffee and cocktails.”

There is now only one retail space available before the project is fully leased. Portman previously announced two chef-driven restaurants for Junction Krog District that will open this summer: Yuji, a fine-dining Japanese restaurant, and YEPPA&co, a bar-centric Italian concept.

“When designing the F&B experience at Junction Krog District, it was important to bring in the brands that share our vision of activating the outdoor spaces so that human energy can flow off the BeltLine and into the project’s street level and community porch,” said Dotan Zuckerman, Head of Retail Development for Portman. “BRASH Coffee will perfectly complement the project’s chef-driven restaurants, while also becoming an incredible amenity for the office space upstairs.”

Portman has purchased 1.3 acres adjacent to Junction Krog District, where it is planning a second phase of the project.
