After a little over a year in business, The Brass Tap in Fuqua’s Glenwood Place development has gone dark.
A What Now Atlanta (WNA) tipster this morning wrote in that The Brass Tap “appears shuttered” from the outside.
The craft beer bar franchise as of Thursday has been deleted from the company’s website and has been marked as “permanently closed” on Google.
It’s Facebook page is also gone.
An employee at the Dunwoody location, when reached by WNA over the phone, confirmed The Brass Tap in Glenwood Place had closed but that the closure was “temporary.”
She did not, however, have any information on the temporary closure or when the restaurant might reopen.
A manager was not available to comment.
Bacari Nelson, the location’s franchisee, did not immediately respond to WNA’s request for comment.
A company spokesperson was also unavailable when reached by phone and email.

Same problem as Glenwood Park…owners will leave a storefront sit vacant for 10 years, but they wont cut a tenant a break to help their business get established
No shocker. The only thing keeping Perimeter up is the corporate culture there. Fits better in that area.
They were a nice place but the Proprietor should have really worked on their Pro-forma and Business Plan. They always plan for a booming success but do not plan for a mediocre or slow business. The proprietors sign the lease and they have the opportunity to know every detail. It was also not as hospitable to all people as it should have been in these neighborhoods.
