Restaurant to replace The Grape which recently shuttered.

The Grape space at Vinings Jubilee, which closed December. 31, won’t stay dark long.

Atlanta-based Cafe At Pharr will take the recently-vacant restaurant’s space, a spokeswoman with for the shopping center told What Now Atlanta Friday.

“The lease has been signed and renovations start shortly,” she said.

This will be the fifth location for Cafe At Pharr since its first store opened in the spring of 1993.

Cafe At Pharr has Buckhead, Chastain and Miami Circle locations and a soon-to-open Brookhaven location, according to its website.

Vinings Jubilee’s other restaurant tenants include Cold Stone Creamery, Garrison’s Broiler & Tap, LaPaz, Mellow Mushroom, Noche Tequila & Tapas Bar, SOHO, TeaFuse and The Vinings Fish Company.

Vinings Jubilee celebrated its 25 anniversary in 2011. The shopping center first opened in 1986.
