Castellucci Hospitality Group and chef J. Trent Harris are planning a new concept. Slated to debut in early 2026, KOSHU Club will open at Ninetynine West Paces in Buckhead, according to a release.

The spot will be modeled after the classic Shōwa-era supper clubs of Japan. Harris and chef de cuisine Keith Miller are heading up the menu creation, focusing on the washoku and yōshoku culinary traditions. Key menu items will include seafood and meat prepared in sumibiyaki fashion, slow-grilled over charcoal.

To complement the menu, the beverage program will feature sake, a Japanese-inspired cocktail list and a global wine cellar.

The team has partnered with Smith Hanes Studio on the design, aiming for a warm and elegant atmosphere reminiscent of mid-century Japan.

Castellucci Hospitality Group and Harris opened Mujō in Atlanta in 2022, bringing a sushi-driven experience to the city. The hospitality group, which operates restaurants across the Southeast — primarily in Atlanta and Nashville — also operates Spanish-French concept Cooks & Soldiers, The Iberian Pig in Decatur and Buckhead, SUGO in Johns Creek and modern Italian restaurant Double Zero.
