Midtown Atlanta is welcoming a coffee shop that has spread its magic all around the city. Spiller Park Coffee is ready to open its fifth Atlanta location this November. Bringing delicious coffee and great conversations to its new location, the store is ready for a new adventure.

Spiller Park Coffee Expands to Midtown Atlanta

For more than a decade, Spiller Park Coffee has served Atlanta coffee the old-fashioned way. Using time-intensive brewing methods and some great food, the store has made its way into the hearts of locals. It led to a growth that has now resulted in them preparing to open their fifth location.

Starting as a small shop in Ponce City Market, the shop is now making its way to Peachtree. The fifth location is one that plan owner Dale Donchey has had in mind for a long time. To bring the shop’s signature energy to this busy neighborhood is definitely worth the wait.

“‘I just want my name on Peachtree’ is something I’ve said for a long time,” said Sale Donchey. “I’ve lived here more than half my life and started my 20-plus-year-long coffee career here, and even though Peachtree hasn’t exactly been filled with local businesses during my time, it has had some real places that made a serious impact on Atlanta’s culinary scene; I see it like a Hollywood star, and much like those stars, it’s cooler when it gets some patina, some wear, some of that ‘you’re sitting in my seat.’ ” So, I hope to see you soon and often. Thank you for making a much younger me more than just a dreamer.”

Celebrating a Decade of Growth

On October 26, 2015, Spiller Park Coffee first opened its doors in the heart of Atlanta. It started as a vision of Donchey’s and a never-ending pursuit of quality. This pursuit has led to the shop using the coffee-making methods that may be a pain, but it is worth every sip.

With this in mind, Spiller Park Coffee expanded from a small coffee bar in Ponce City Market to other locations. Now, locals can find the name in Toco Hill, Westside, and South Downtown. And finally, the newest location is at 999 Peachtree Street NE in Midtown.

The new location opens on November 3, 2025. It is ready to offer the same love and coffee that have been served in other locations. Visitors will find the same taste that won their hearts a decade ago at the new store, making the store worth returning to.
