Chick-fil-A is preparing to unveil a new standalone beverage concept in the market. Helmed by its innovative subsidiary Red Wagon Ventures, Daybright will join the Atlanta market later this fall, according to reporting by Nation’s Restaurant News. Though the company has not formally announced Hiram as the future location of the concept, people have reportedly spotted it in the region.
The concept will feature specialty coffees, cold-pressed juices and smoothies, as well as a food menu different from the typical Chick-fil-A offerings, according to Nation’s Restaurant News.
Chick-fil-A has kept the concept largely under the radar, so details remain sparse at this time. However, the company announced that it plans to unveil more information as they grow closer to an opening.
Red Wagon Ventures has been active in Chick-fil-A’s more innovative sphere before. The subsidiary is responsible for Little Blue Menu located in Maryland. Little Blue Menu acts as an innovation kitchen for Chick-fil-A, offering both familiar favorites and new menu ideas for customers to try. Current items on that menu include a Pretzel Cheddar Club sandwich, a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and classics like the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich.
Games and activities brand Pennycake is also the work of Red Wagon Ventures. Pennycake sells a variety of games, puzzles, activities and Chick-fil-A apparel, all oriented toward families.
Chick-fil-A does have an existing presence in Hiram, with a location open along Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway. Stay tuned for updates on an opening timeline for Daybright.
