Update – October 23, 2015: Real Chow Baby Founder to Open Similar Concept in Same Space

Mike Blum is planning a new restaurant concept for West Midtown.

Blum could open the eatery in space his stir-fry concept The Real Chow Baby occupied until just a few weeks ago when the lease was up. The restaurant, at 1016 Howell Mill Road, is reportedly relocating from its Westside home to Alpharetta.

Blum is currently working on opening Le Fat alongside chef Guy Wong on the Westside. The Vietnamese-meets-French café concept has been delayed nearly a year and is opening in the former Yum Bunz space, a concept by Blum that shuttered at the end of 2013.
