Red Pebbles Hospitality, the Nashville-based group behind a number of successful Nashville restaurants, including Dajo Sexto inside the Country Music Hall of Fame, plans to expand to Atlanta this Summer with a yet-unnamed restaurant at 525 Edgewood Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward.

“Once we saw the space, we were immediately inspired by the aesthetic,” explains Ken Levitan, Partner at Red Pebbles Hospitality. “The space is very reminiscent of Adele’s in Nashville and will be an excellent addition to our family of restaurants.”

Partner Howard Greenstone said that the group’s vision of the upcoming restaurant is still blurry. However, its menu will be reminiscent of Adele’s — “local, seasonal American food that’s very approachable.”

Among menu items at Adele’s are pork ossobuco, lasagna, gnocchi, steak and chicken with salsa verde.

“We take food to a little bit of a different level,” said Levitan. “It’s chicken, it’s steaks, it’s fish but there’s a creativity to it.”
