UPDATE (April 18, 2019): Planned ‘Conspiracy’ Bar Changes Name to ‘Redacted’ As Mueller Report is Released

Jake Karmin and Judy Ho, two former employees of the now-shuttered Hand in Hand, have plans to open Conspiracy, a basement drink parlor, Atlanta Magazine Wednesday first reported.

Karmin in an email to What Now Atlanta confirmed the news.

Conspiracy will be situated in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta, at 63-B Georgia Avenue.

“We are very excited to be part of the revitalization of this great neighborhood and can’t wait to see it through,” Karmin said.

The “cozy and secluded” cocktail bar will be tucked away in the new Summerhill development.

It will not be a speakeasy as the concept isn’t “confined to a specific era.”

Classic cocktails will be at the menu’s focus.

There will also be a beer and wine list.

Every month could offer up a new theme like “Harry Potter, Elvis, or the X-Files.”

Laura Daniel Architecture is overseeing the design and architecture.

Conspiracy is on track to open late 2019 or early 2020.
