Chef Craig Richards and restaurateur Billy Streck have entered a “culinary partnership,” a spokesperson in an email told What Now Atlanta Friday.

Under the partnership, Richards will act as executive chef at Hampton + Hudson and will “work with Billy on forthcoming projects to be announced at a later date.”

News of the partnership arrives on the heels of Hampton + Hudson’s two-year anniversary last week.

Any “forthcoming projects” would be in addition to Streck’s soon-to-open Nina & Rafi restaurant.

“None of the forthcoming concepts have been announced,” the spokesperson said.

“When he starts next month, Chef Craig will bring over two decades of cooking experience to Hampton + Hudson, the community bar and restaurant located in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood.”

Richards leaves his post as vice president of culinary operations at Ford Fry Restaurants and executive chef at St. Cecilia as part of the move.

Friday is his last day at the Buckhead restaurant.
