Dunwoody Village is getting a unique gourmet doughnut bakeshop.
Da Vinci’s Donuts, a concept from husband-and-wife team Andrew and Melissa Rudd, is planning its first franchise location in the shopping center, located at 1447 Dunwoody Village Parkway. The company currently has two locations in Sandy Springs and Alpharetta.
Leslie Mintz, leasing agent of the Regency Centers property, first told What Now Atlanta (WNA) the news in a tweet Monday evening.
Da Vinci’s lets guests customize their doughnuts, allowing them to choose from flavors, like tiramisu, maple bacon, or dulce de leche or customize their own masterpiece.
“With our modest size donut yet abundant toppings, you can enjoy your treat with higher satisfaction and less guilt than traditional donuts,” the company’s website reads.
The menu features gourmet flavors such as cannoli, caramel apple, and creamsicle.
The cafe also serves tea and locally-roasted coffee.
A source close to the project tells WNA that Da Vinci’s Donuts plans to open in four months.

My kids and office mates love DaVinci’s. The small size is perfect for kids, or for adults to be sble to sample more than one customized flavor.
