After just a few months in operation, Buckhead restaurant Dorian Gray is shutting its doors.
An Atlanta insider provided a tip that the restaurant has permanently closed due to reported mismanagement by previous owners listed on the website, Nemanja Filipovic and Bo Kvrgic.
However, the owners deny any mismanagement being at play. According to a report from Eater Atlanta, Filipovic noted those allegations as entirely false.
Nevertheless, What Now Atlanta’s insider information revealed that all previous employees had been paid, and a new concept would be coming to the space at 111 West Paces Ferry Road NW with an unclear timeline.
A sweet neighborhood concept with high quality is expected the be the vibe of the new concept, with Dorian Gray’s previous executive chef returning for the new concept.
Based on a previous post from What Now Atlanta, Dorian Gray opened in December 2022 and was a “coastal-European, south-of-France vibe,” the restaurant combines the owners’ “cultural heritage with a love of deep house music to create a unique culinary and social experience in Buckhead,” according to the press release.
Bo Kvrgic was contacted several times by What Now Atlanta but did not respond for comment.
