Update: Stevie Baggs Jr., owner of Dream Cafe in Castleberry Hill, told What Now Atlanta in a phone conversation Wednesday that the Dream Cafe in Stone Mountain will be a separate concept under different ownership. The article has been edited to reflect this information.
Dream Cafe will open a location at 5289 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain, according to plans filed with DeKalb County this week.
