Dunkin’ Donuts has plans to build a location from the ground-up in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta.

Land development permit applications Monday were filed with the City of Atlanta for the new location of the American global doughnut company and coffeehouse.

Situated at 30 Moreland Avenue SE, Dunkin’ Donuts would be built from the ground up following the demolition of the site’s 902-square-foot building, formerly home to Inferno Fitness and Goodfella’s Pizza before that.

An estimated $400,000 will be spent readying the land for the new doughnut shop, according to the plans.

That figure includes infrastructure, underground utilities, and site work.

Parent company Dunkin’ Brands INC did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
