Luis Carreras is behind the project. Carreras confirmed the forthcoming concept in a phone call with What Now Atlanta but could not immediately provide further details. Information regarding menu and design remains unclear at this time.
The space will be about 5,570 square feet and will have a seating capacity of 170, according to NPU documents.
The proposed hours of operation are 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Sunday.
The address houses multiple local concepts at Southern Feedstore, including Buteco Bar, Woody’s Cheesesteaks, Brasiliana Pizza, Buena Papa, Sinful Slidrz and The Spun Cow Creamery.
