A fourth Atlanta-area location of Damon Johnson’s popular restaurant Fin & Feathers will open next month. Fin & Feathers is bringing its signature “Nu American Soul” to Midtown at 1136 Crescent Avenue NE.
Speaking with What Now Atlanta, Johnson confirmed the location, adding patrons can expect to find the same menu and atmosphere, “just a little more upscale.” Johnson, a Los Angeles native, is a veteran of the Atlanta restaurant scene. He first opened Fin & Feathers in Edgewood. Riverdale and Douglasville locations followed, as well as a Los Angeles spot. According to Fin & Feathers’ website, Cleveland, Ohio should be on the lookout for some new flavors as well.
The eatery is known for its seafood, chicken, and craft cocktails. The menu boasts bites like Grilled Lobster Tails, Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls, and Twisted Tacos. If you haven’t had the opportunity to swing by one of Fin & Feathers’ existing locations, Damon recommends the Catfish Nuggets and the Stuffed Chicken Breast, although “everything is good.”
And you know what sounds really, really good? A Monday-Friday Happy Hour from 12-8 featuring $5 drinks like Rum Punch, Whiskey Sours, and Margaritas.
