Indoor golf and entertainment experience Five Iron Golf will officially tee off in Midtown Atlanta this month with the opening of the brand’s 23rd domestic location.

This location, adjacent to the Fox Theatre, will be the first of its kind in the state, featuring 13 custom-built Trackman golf simulators, as well as a full food and beverage menu in the 16,000-square-foot space.

The golf simulators leverage tour-level technology and multiple high-speed cameras to capture every angle of the golf swing. Guests can play, practice or hone their equipment with club fitting partner, PGA TOUR Superstore.

“Five Iron Golf will redefine accessibility to top-tier golf without the hefty private club fees here in Atlanta,” regional manager Tim Nagle said in a news release. “Offering a private club-feel and amenities within the city eliminates the hour-long commute for practice, while our indoor setup will allow year-round play without weather constraints. This combined with our curated food menu and full-service bar offers an all-encompassing golf and entertainment experience that everyone will enjoy.”

The food menu includes shareable dishes, pizzas, handhelds and sliders. A full bar is available as well, with signature cocktails like the Transfusion (vodka, grape juice, ginger ale, lime juice, lime) and the John Daly (vodka, lemonade, iced tea, simple syrup, lemon).

Amenities include bag storage and locker rooms with showers and towel service. The facility is also available for events. In addition to golf, there are multi-sport simulators for soccer, dodgeball and bowling, along with classic games like shuffleboard, air hockey and pool.

Five Iron Golf also hosts the larger indoor league in the country. Atlanta-area golfers can participate on four-person teams to compete weekly on different courses using a variety of formats to accumulate points throughout the season against a local and national leaderboard.

Avid golfers can purchase a Five Iron Golf membership, allowing for consistent access to the facilities; complimentary daily hitting; and discounts on golf lessons, club fitting, food, beverage and more. Members also have access to member-only events, tournaments and training. For a limited time, the Atlanta location is offering a Founding Membership, including 25% off the first three months, a yearly $100 credit, one free swing evaluation, a Founding Member bag tag and included membership benefits.

Five Iron Golf began in New York City in 2017 and has since expanded to Baltimore, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C. and Seattle.
