Five Paces Inn Becoming Biggest Dive Bar in Buckhead, Bar None!

Opening tonight, Thursday March 4, Sadie’s Tavern will be the newest addition to One Pace Over and Five Paces Inn dive bar, located in the Buckhead Village.

These three spaces, each with their own entrance, all belong to the same dive bar.

Emulating the One Pace Over space, which acts as a venue for live performances, Sadie’s Tavern has a full bar, several booths and tables as well as a stage for live performances.

Opened in 1955, Five Paces Inn is one of Atlanta’s oldest bars and is home to the Old White Rugby Club.

With DiveBar opening just paces away in the old Tabu Boutique space and Buckhead Bottle Bar not too far from there on the corner of East Paces Ferry Road and Bolling Way, Five Paces Inn should brace for some taut competition – or, as the original owners intended, “forget about the world, enjoy good friends and a good beverage.”
