Fountain Oaks Shopping Center will soon be home to Cupanion’s Kitchen and Coffee.

Patricia and Rob Kapusta will open the neighborhood breakfast and lunch café “around the beginning of October 2018,” Patricia Tuesday in an email told What Now Atlanta.

The Hommas are currently personal chefs in Buckhead.

Situated in suite 14 of the Kroger-anchored shopping center, at 4920 Roswell Road NE, Cupanion’s Kitchen replaces the now-shuttered Cafe Posh in its home of 17 years (Cafe Posh is reopening in Buckhead.)

Cupanion’s Kitchen will serve “chef-inspired, handcrafted foods,” coffees and teas.

“Our concept is inspired by my many travels around the world,” Kapusta said.

“I have enjoyed many things from Michelin Star restaurants down to the small corner cafes. I am using this experience to bring my interpretation on what I have tasted, seen, and cooked to you, our guests.”

Cupanion’s Kitchen could grow to future locations.

“We have plans to open in other neighborhoods if all goes well.”
