A local franchise group for Smalls Sliders has big plans for 2026. PAR Concepts LLC is planning to roll out four new locations within the next year, starting with a location already under construction at 2355 Windy Hill Rd in Marietta.
The team did the signature Smalls “can drop” in early January, co-owner Rocky Moore told What Now Atlanta. Now that the 800-square-foot bright orange can is on site, the team is moving forward with remaining preparations, including paving, landscaping and equipment installation.
Moore and the team were attracted to the traffic and the development already in place along Windy Hill Road.
“It checked all our boxes from a site selection standpoint, and it’s just a great Georgia community,” Moore said. “We’re super pumped.”
The team is targeting a St. Patrick’s Day opening for that location. However, Marietta is just the beginning of their expansion plans for the year. Around the time that location opens, they plan to begin work on a spot heading to Kennesaw. They are acquiring a piece of the parking lot at Lowe’s Home Improvement Supercenter at 3250 Cobb Pkwy NW for a new Smalls Sliders location. At the same time, they will be developing a Warner Robins location, as well as a Guthrie’s Chicken, which PAR Concepts LLC will also operate, on an adjacent lot. Those two spots will develop at 2689 Watson Blvd and 2691 Watson Blvd. Both the Kennesaw and Warner Robins locations are expected to open in Q3 or Q4 of this year.
The final Smalls Sliders location will sit on a yet-to-be-developed piece of land in Hickory Flat at the corner of Hickory Flat Highway and Batesville Road. PAR Concepts LLC is developing a site there that will include PNC Bank, Dutch Bros Coffee and Piedmont Healthcare in addition to Smalls Sliders. That development will likely open in Q4 of 2026 or Q1 of 2027.
Founded in Louisiana in 2019, Smalls Sliders is known for its simple menu features sliders topped with cheese, pickle and the brand’s signature Smauce. Other menu items include fries and shakes.
PAR Concepts LLC’s expansion this year will mark a surge into Georgia for the brand. Currently, there is only one Smalls Sliders location open in Stockbridge.
