Local burger spot Grindhouse Killer Burgers is planning a new location.

The brand’s eighth outpost will be coming to the Underwood Hills neighborhood in 2025, Rough Draft Atlanta reports. The property near Chattahoochee Food Works was formerly a SunTrust bank branch.

Founded by Alex Brounstein and Johnny Farrow, Grindhouse Killer Burgers began in 2009 at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market. The brand now has several locations in Atlanta (including two at the airport), as well as in Decatur and Athens.

The new restaurant will feature a rooftop deck on the second story. Construction is set to begin later this year, according to the news outlet.
