The dessert boutique is opening soon in the village.
Heavenly Dolce, a web-based bakery and dessert catering service, is going brick-and-mortar in the East Atlanta Village (EAV).
The dessert boutique is under construction, at 491 Flat Shoals Ave SE, and “should be finished in the next four to five weeks,” Kim Spaulding, Heavenly Dolce’s owner, told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email Wednesday.
A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta Tuesday to convert an existing 530-square-foot retail space into the bakery.
Heavenly Dolce bakes up goodies like cake pops, cupcakes, and edible images, and offers catering services that include dessert bars (a decorated table with a variety of treats), and custom cakes.
In addition to the storefront and catering, Spaulding operates a Heavenly Dolce food truck.
