Linton Hopkins, restauranteur behind Restaurant Eugene and Holeman & Finch, bringing fried chicken to Old Fourth Ward instead, Eater reports.
Linton Hopkins won’t be opening his H&F Bread Co. concept at Ponce City Market (PCM) after all.
Instead, the restauranteur behind the popular Restaurant Eugene and Holeman & Finch Public House, will open Hop’s Chicken, a stall in the mixed-use development’s Central Food Hall that will serve up fried chicken, Eater Atlanta reports.
Hop’s in the Old Fourth Ward could dish-out items like chicken biscuits, a chicken sandwich, chicken broth, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, and seasonal vegetables, according to the report.

Aha! So it was Linton who burned down the Popeye’s around the corner…
So *that’s why* the link refers to “deep-fired details!”
Is this the same as the H&F burger place that was supposed to go in PCM? Or is this a separate bread place?
