“], Director of Business Operations at Holeman & Finch Bread Company, told What Now Atlanta (WNA) Thursday that the bakery has outgrown its current home and is moving.
The new location at 1500 Marietta Boulevard will be almost 50,000 square feet – a huge increase from the current bakery’s 15,000 square foot space on Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard.
Holeman & Finch Bread Co. plans to be fully transitioned over to the new location in six months. The bakery will not be changing services or adding any new products – they will just be producing “a lot more,” according to Brown.
The hometown favorite’s bakery opened to the public in 2012. Previously, the establishment only took wholesale orders, and carb-craving Atlantans could only buy H&F bread at farmers markets around town. Retail service will continue as usual at the new location. The bakery sells fresh bread, pastries, locally sourced jams, eggs and cheese from local farms, and more.
The Holeman & Finch empire currently consists of Holeman & Finch Public House, Holeman & Finch Bottle Shop, and Holeman & Finch Bread Co.
