Plans last week were filed to buildout Holler and Dash in the Westside Ironworks development.
Holler and Dash is moving forward with plans to open its first Georgia restaurant.
A permit application late last week was filed with City of Atlanta to buildout the “southern-style biscuit house” in West Midtown, at 1085 Howell Mill Road.
The Cracker Barrel sister concept would replace the now-shuttered Tom + Chee in the Westside Ironworks development.
The former grilled cheese and tomato soup eatery, a 2,653-square-foot space, would undergo a complete interior buildout and exterior patio renovation to make way for the new concept, according to the permit filing.
Transforming the space could cost an estimated $800,000.
Holler and Dash, a new fast-casual restaurant concept developed by the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store chain, launched its first location in Alabama early-2016.
The restaurant’s southern-style menu offers a variety of homemade biscuit sandwiches like the Chicken Holler (Fried Chicken, Cheddar, Pickles) and The Jam (Nutella with Raspberry Jam.)
Sourcing local ingredients where available, Holler and Dash uses cage-free eggs, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken, and biscuits with no artificial flavors.
The concept has four locations across Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee.
