Store specializing in ‘hard to find’ snacks from Asia coming soon to Ponce de Leon Avenue.
Honey Bubble, a dessert shop specializing in “hard to find imported snacks from Asia,” is opening in Midtown, according to Douglas Hines with Freshmaker Design.
Hines is responsible for the shop’s interior and graphic design, and architecture, he told What Now Atlanta in an email Friday.
The Asian dessert shop, at 798 Ponce De leon Avenue, will also serve bubble tea, gelato, sorbet, cupcakes and scones, he said.
Honey Bubble’s 1,800-square-foot space is across the street from the Clermont Hotel and next to Java Jive and Chow Baby.
“Free Wifi and a sleek conference room will be available, free of charge for those midtown quick business meetings so many Atlanta entrepeneurs need,” Hines said.
Honey Bubble’s targeted grand opening is early September, 2012.
I wish when these places actually open that you give them some publicity because the AJC sure as hell won’t unless the joint is OTP.
Geno’s Pizza and the NY Deli in Buckhead have been open for months and neither has gotten any publicity from the AJC or anywhere else.
Finally !!!!! A bubble tea shop INTOWN! I miss bubble teas runs at 10pm in LA.
Where have you been Honey Bubble?! This place will PACK OUT.
Thanks for making it easier to get a bubble tea! Hope they have
