Confab Kitchen and Bar, El Valle and MIRAE will have patio space. There will also be a fitness option at the the development, with the opening of F45 Training Brookhaven.

In addition to 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, the $70 million Parkside on Dresden project includes a residential community called Solis Dresden Village, made up of 176 luxury apartment units and seven townhomes. Terwilliger Pappas is developing the residential component of the project. There will be a six-level parking deck and an adjacent public plaza.
