The modern Spanish restaurant has secured a corner space in the Hanover Buckhead Village development.

Castellucci Hospitality Group (CHG) has inked a deal to open a second location of The Iberian Pig, the company’s modern Spanish restaurant concept.

The Iberian Pig, which debuted in Decatur in 2009, will be situated in the forthcoming Hanover Buckhead Village development, at 3150 Roswell Road, according to the most recent project site plan.

The restaurant will take a 4,607-square-foot corner space on the development’s ground-level adjacent Tiff’s Treats, according to the plans.

A leasing representative for The Shopping Center Group, the firm leasing the project’s commercial spaces, confirmed the news in an email to What Now Atlanta (WNA) Thursday citing a late first-quarter 2018 opening.

Hanover Buckhead Village, a 353-unit apartment community with five tenants spaces, is located next to historic Buckhead Theatre and directly across from Charlie Loudermilk Park.

The apartment community should be ready for move-ins fall of this year.

CHG, founded by Federico Castellucci, is the group behind Sugo Kitchen, Cooks & Soldiers, Double Zero, The Iberian Pig, and the soon-to-open Bar Mercado in Krog Street Market.

Castellucci did not immediately return WNA’s request for comment.
