East Atlanta Village (EAV) is getting an Insomnia Cookies.

The cookie delivery company will replace Kiwi Vintage, at 1271 Glenwood Avenue SE Suite A, adjacent the newish Banshee restaurant.

Kiwi closed its EAV doors November 11.

Insomnia Cookies is in the early stages of permitting, seeking approvals from the City of Atlanta to begin its buildout.

An estimated $128,000 could be spent converting the 1,170-square-foot retail space into the bakery, according to the plans.

1271 Glenwood is owned by Paces Properties, the former developer and owner of Krog Street Market.

Paces has been revitalizing several EAV storefronts.

The commercial real estate firm is also developing Atlanta Dairies nearby.
