New concept joining Old Fourth Ward August 7.

Just a few weeks after Bob announced on Facebook it would close its Irwin Street Market doors to make way for a new concept, the restaurant’s replacement has surfaced.

The Georgia Cafe will open in the kabob-centric restaurant’s place on August 7, according to Eater Atlanta.

The menu will feature good-ole Southern food with items like barbecue chicken, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese.

Specific concept details are still fuzzy at this time. What Now Atlanta (WNA) did find a friendless Facebook page for the restaurant and a free “parked” website hosted on GoDaddy.com.
