Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is opening its newest Atlanta storefront in Buckhead.
The ice cream shop will be situated in the Buckhead Market Place shopping center, at 77 West Paces Ferry Road NW, according to a permit application filed recently with the City of Atlanta.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams will be situated in Suite 35B, a 1,398-square-foot portion of “Suite 400” as shown in the shopping center’s site plan below.
It will open adjacent the forthcoming Velvet Taco which was expected to debut last month in “Suite 450.”
It’s unclear when Dallas, Texas-based Velvet Taco will open its Buckhead doors but the delay could be several months.
The taco joint is just now in permitting to build out the new location.
Both spaces were previously occupied by North Face in the Whole Foods Market-anchored shopping center.
Representatives for Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams did not immediately respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comments.
