Junnior’s Tacos y Más has plans to open a brick-and-mortar location in Carrollton at 727 Bankhead Highway, according to its Facebook page, which advertises the spot as “coming soon” with “authentic flavors, family recipes and a unique experience.”
The space was formerly home to La Finca Mexican Kitchen, which is relocating to a space on Maple Street in Carrollton and is currently in the process of buildout.
Junnior’s has been operating as a food truck, bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to the area. It serves nachos, quesadillas, tacos, chimichangas, chipotle chicken, chicken chimichurri, fajitas and other entrees such as Camarones al Ajillo. The business has been operating since 2024, according to Georgia business filings.
The City Menus reports that construction has begun on the space. However, an opening timeline remains unclear.
Efforts to obtain additional details from the ownership team prior to publication were unsuccessful.
