King Crab, a wildly popular seafood delivery company, is in permitting to open a “flagship” restaurant in Atlanta.

The seafood joint would take space formerly occupied by Jersey Mike’s Subs in the Arium Westside Apartments, at 1000 Northside Drive Suite 1200, between Five Guys Burgers and Fries and All Star Nail.

King Crab currently operates as an e-commerce business delivering seafood platters like the “Love Affair,” a steal for $40—two lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, corn on the cob, and potato wedges.

The company, which has nearly 200,000 Instagram fans, also makes and retails its own butter sauce.

A 12-ounce squeeze bottle of the sauce is $9.

King Crab on Wednesday posted a help wanted advert on its Instagram page seeking cooks, dishwashers, and cashiers for the forthcoming restaurant.

But construction at the space hasn’t even begun.

Representatives for the Baltimore, Maryland-founded King Crab, did not respond to What Now Atlanta’s many requests for comment.

Stream Realty, the company that manages retail leasing for Arium Westside, was not immediately available to comment on the plans Thursday.
