Vietnamese restaurant to open on Westside.
An official building permit for Le Fat Vietnamese was filed with the City of Atlanta Friday to start interior renovations in the former Yum Bunz location at 935 Marietta Street.
Fast casual dim sum restaurant Yum Bunz closed this January after only a few months in business.
An estimated $60,000 will be spent adding a nine-seat bar, new floors and kitchen equipment, and a vestibule to the space.
Le Fat is rumored to open on the Westside in the next two months.
