Salt Factory Pub shuttered earlier this month at 102 South Main Street, according to a Facebook announcement. After 15 years at the location in Alpharetta, the final day of service for the restaurant was July 6.

“After 15 years, we find ourselves at a moment we never imagined would come — saying goodbye to a place that has been part of our hearts, our lives and our story. The Salt Factory in Alpharetta was never just a business. It was a home. A place where friendships were born, where regulars became family, where laughter echoed through the walls and where, together, we weathered some of the hardest storms — from economic hardships to the unimaginable weight of a global pandemic,” the statement reads.

The Salt Factory Pub’s remaining locations remain open in Roswell and Woodstock.

F&H Food Trading Group was behind the location, and it now appears that they are ushering in a new concept from their portfolio to fill the space. Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta reports that Little Alley Steak is taking over the space.

This would be the third location for the Little Alley brand, which currently has locations in Roswell and Buckhead. The menu features oysters, shellfish, wet-aged and dry-aged steaks, and a variety of other steak and seafood options. There is also a beverage program featuring spirits and wine.

Tomorrow’s News Today reports that significant construction would likely come before Little Alley is ready to open in the Alpharetta space.

Efforts to get in touch with F&H Food Trading Group prior to the time of publication were unsuccessful.
