A popular cheesesteak and hoagie spot is dishing up a new location.

Mad Dads Philly’s is joining the lineup at Citizens Market, the food hall at Phipps Plaza.

Mad Dads Philly’s comes from Tony and Pamela Sharpe, who began the concept in November 2023 and have since expanded it to several food hall locations, including at Halidom Eatery and Roswell Junction. The menu includes authentic cheesesteaks and hoagies, as well as wings, bowls, and some fan-favorite vegan options.

“Our first location, the cloud kitchen in Buckhead, reached the end of its lease and with the great reception we received we had to find another location that would allow for a better customer experience,” Pamela Sharpe told What Now Atlanta.

Mad Dads Philly’s was also recently announced as a finalist for Restaurateur Rookie of the Year by the Georgia Restaurant Association. The finalists for these awards are all peer-nominated.

“It is such an honor our first year in business to be recognized by our peers,” Sharpe said.

Mad Dads Philly’s is expected to open at Citizens Market in early January 2025.
