Mali Hu, a CPA turned restauranteur, is looking to add two new restaurants to her growing repertoire of Atlanta-area eateries.

Hu is planning Monkey 68 in an old house at 1073 Green Street in historic Roswell and Tokyo Belly for the Whole Foods Market-anchored Peachtree Crossing development in Chamblee, Atlanta Magazine is reporting.

Monkey 68 and Tokyo Belly would join Hu’s ever-growing restaurant portfolio which includes Ichiban, One Sushi +, and Katana.

Monkey 68 would “be an extension of the sushi program at Brookhaven’s One Sushi +,” offering Korean and Japanese flavors, and Tokyo Belly would serve “Asian street food” in an upbeat, urban atmosphere,” according to Atlanta Magazine.

Although Hu did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s request for comment, websites have been registered to Hu for both Monkey 68 and Tokyo Belly.
