A Mediterranean concept from the team behind Stäge Kitchen & Bar and Pêche Modern Coastal is slated to join an upcoming food hall in Peachtree Corners.

Sheesh Mediterranean is one of the first tenants announced for Politan Row at The Forum.

Corporate Executive Chef Charlie Sunyapong and Director of Operations Raquel Stalcup are the team behind the concept. Sheesh first began at Politan Row at Ashford Lane, incorporating simple, wholesome ingredients prepared with unique spices and blends. The menu features an array of mezze dishes including hummus, baba ghanoush and muhammara, shared plates like crispy falafel and beet salad, and signature meats like chicken shawarma and beef kofta.

Politan Row at The Forum is expected to open this winter. The food hall will be nearly 10,000 square feet and feature seven restaurants (with both veteran and up-and-coming local talent), a central bar, a private event venue and a covered outdoor patio.

The food hall is a core component of the ongoing strategy by North American Properties (NAP) and Nuveen Real Estate to reposition The Forum as a mixed-use hotspot.

“We can’t wait to introduce the Peachtree Corners community to our food hall experience,” Politan Group CEO Will Donaldson said in a news release. “Every detail from the design to the bar program to the cuisine is thoughtfully curated to inspire guests to not only mingle with one another, but to connect with our incredible restaurateurs and discover new favorites. Since working with NAP on Politan Row at Colony Square, we’ve seen so much growth and success for both our business and the purveyors we incubate, and we’re ready to provide another unique and fun offering that’s closer to home.”

Other concepts announced for Politan Row at The Forum include 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar and Gekko Kitchen.

This will be the ninth food hall in Politan Group’s portfolio and its third in Georgia. Construction is underway, with an anticipated delivery in early 2025.

The Forum originally opened in 2002. It now has 100,000 square feet of office space and nearly 70 retailers, restaurants and service providers, with more on the way. An expanded public realm adding 10,000 square feet of community gathering space is the first new component set to be completed as part of the redevelopment. Future phases include a 381-unit multifamily community and a 125-key luxury boutique hotel.
