A burger joint with a simple menu appears to be on its way to Atlanta. Not a Damn Chance (NADC) Burger is aiming to open in Summerhill at 77 Georgia Ave. in the space formerly home to Junior’s Pizza, according to Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta. It is listed as “coming soon” on the Summerhill Atlanta website.
Professional skater Neen Williams and Michelin-recognized chef Phillip Frankland Lee launched the burger concept in Austin in 2022. Williams and Lee constructed the brand around the concept of making the perfect burger.
The menu revolves around the burger: a double patty of 100% Wagyu beef, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles and jalapeños. Aside from that, the spot offers fries with a side of chipotle peppered ketchup or “beast mode” fries topped with cheese, diced pickles, jalapeños, special sauce and seasonings.
NADC Burger has expanded to Dallas, Fort Worth, Denver, Chicago, New York City, Charlotte, Nashville and Denver. It also has a location on the way to Los Angeles.
Lee is behind restaurant group Scratch Restaurants, which he has operated alongside his wife since 2013. Along with NADC Burger, the portfolio includes Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, which has multiple locations across the country, and Pasta Bar, which has locations in Los Angeles and Austin.
An exact opening timeline for the Atlanta location remains unclear at this time.
