This will be the juice bar’s second brick-and-mortar store.
Nectar has plans to open a new location at Piedmont Park on May 23 during Memorial Day weekend, the Atlanta-based raw juice bar and smoothie shop in a press release announced Friday.
“We enjoy making a difference in people’s lives by offering them fresh, nutritious foods,” Naruna Rangel, Nectar’s co-owner, said in the release.
“By eating better, our customers are taking steps to improve their quality of life. Their relationships with family and friends improve and this creates a healthier community. Seeing our business thrive and helping people improve their lives by eating better is the most satisfying feeling.”
The Piedmont Park location will serve up juices, smoothies and sandwiches, seven days a week, at 1071 Piedmont Avenue, in the park’s Community Center.
Nectar first opened six years ago in Decatur and has a foodtruck and catering business. Nectar can also be found on television and film sets in Atlanta like Vampire Diaries, Finding Cater (MTV) and others.
